Terms of use
Use YouCraft Studio with permission, review your work, and stay in control of your channel.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Access and scope
YouCraft Studio is a self-hosted workspace available to its operator and invited users. The public website provides information; it does not offer open account registration or access to private projects. Use the working Studio only with the operator’s permission, and keep access credentials private.
2. Your content and permissions
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for any script, image, voice, music, footage, likeness or reference you provide or publish. You keep your rights in your materials. Supplying content permits the Studio and its configured providers to process it as needed to perform your requested actions.
Review generated scripts, factual claims, media, thumbnails and metadata before use. AI output can contain errors. Do not use the workspace to infringe rights, mislead viewers, impersonate people without permission or violate applicable platform rules.
3. YouTube connections and uploads
Only connect accounts and channels you own or are authorized to manage. Each connected Google account must approve access separately. Review the destination channel and upload details before confirming a transfer. Studio requests Unlisted visibility; verify the final visibility and processing status in YouTube Studio.
By using YouCraft’s YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube, Google and configured providers apply their own rules, quotas and restrictions. YouCraft is an independent application and is not endorsed by Google or YouTube.
4. Providers, costs and availability
Requested generation, rendering or hosting actions may use third-party services and the operator’s configured accounts. Their pricing, quotas and availability apply. Do not start paid actions without the account owner’s permission. No particular video performance, monetization result, approval or uninterrupted availability is promised.
5. Saved work and deletion
Keep copies of important exports and source material. Use the workspace’s deletion controls carefully. Deleting local work does not remove previously uploaded YouTube videos. Manage uploaded videos directly in YouTube Studio.
6. Privacy and ending access
The Privacy policy explains data handling and connection controls. You can disconnect a channel and revoke permission in your Google account. The operator can withdraw workspace access where needed for security or misuse.
7. Contact
For support, privacy questions or data-deletion requests, contact the operator who provided access to your Studio. For Google-connected users, the operator’s support email is also displayed on the Google permission screen. Include your channel ID and describe your request; never send passwords, client secrets or Google tokens.
