YouCraft Studio
Your ideas. Your channels. Your workspace.

From a story idea
to your next video.

YouCraft Studio is a self-hosted workspace for researching scripts, creating avatar and AI videos, preparing thumbnails and upload details, and sending finished videos to your connected YouTube channels.

Private access for the operator and invited creators. Opening Studio requires sign-in; connecting Google is optional until you want to upload.

A connected workflow

Make the story.
Keep the decisions yours.

Organize work by channel, develop the script, review the visuals, and prepare a finished export in one workspace.

01 / WRITE

Start with a story.

Research a topic, bring your own references, build an outline and refine the script. Keep drafts and approved scripts with their channel.

02 / CREATE

Shape how it feels.

Choose an avatar or Full AI workflow. Review the storyboard, create pictures and clips, then render with narration and background music.

03 / FINISH

Prepare it for your audience.

Create a thumbnail, title, description and tags. Download the final video or confirm an upload to the YouTube channel you connected.

Google & YouTube

One app.
Permission from each channel.

YouCraft uses the YouTube API Services. The operator configures one Google OAuth app, and each channel owner separately approves its connection through Google.

Google handles your Google sign-in. YouCraft does not ask for or store your Google password. You can disconnect a channel in Studio or revoke access in your Google account.

Identify your selected channel

youtube.readonly
Read the authorized channel’s ID and name so Studio can verify the upload destination. Public channel information may also be read for channel research and upload context.

Upload only when you confirm

youtube.upload
Send a finished video, its saved title, description, tags and selected thumbnail to your connected channel. Uploads are requested as Unlisted; YouTube may apply its own account or project restrictions.

Keep every account separate

Different channel emails share the app setup, while each keeps its own authorization. Visiting a page never starts an upload.

Your Studio stays private.

This website explains the app and its data practices. Videos, scripts, account connections and the working Studio remain behind sign-in.
